Hey Product Hunt! 👋We created Ray because we wanted to make it easier (and less intimidating) for more people to exercise regularly.Here's the thing: strength training is one of the best things you can do for your long-term health—but most fitness apps are built for people who already know what they're doing. We wanted to build a personal trainer for everyone else. Someone to guide you, adapt to you, and help you build better habits.A bit about me: I've spent many years creating products and experiences for people at places like IDEO, Formlabs, and PillPack. At PillPack, we focused on helping people take their medications regularly. That experience taught me a lot about building products that help build healthy behaviors.
