Hey Product Hunt — I built Tock after Apple deprecated their native menu bar timer.macOS used to support a Spotlight-launched timer that lived in the menu bar. It was obscure and limited, but it worked. In macOS 26.2, the menu bar feedback was removed, leaving no visible confirmation unless you opened Clock.I looked for third-party replacements. Many were either too minimal (purely tactile controls) or lacked real keyboard support. Others focused on time tracking or gated basic features behind paywalls.So I built Tock: a lightweight, keyboard-first menu bar timer with natural-language input, a single active timer, and no dashboards or upsells.
